Please be assured that your items will ship as soon as we recieve your order and on most occassions are shipped by 5pm PST on the day of the order. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing All shipments from our Santa Cruz location are through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Returns

We are committed to providing nuts and delicacies of exceptional quality and taste. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us immediately (within 7 days), and we'll gladly replace your order or refund your payment. (Shipping charges are non refundable). Please note the following exception:

During the hot summer months we wrap all of our products in foil and include an ice pack, when appropriate, for chocolate items. However, we cannot ensure that chocolate items will not melt during shipping.
